Which one fits your team
When to choose QuiC
You need messages and one-to-one and group calls end-to-end encrypted.
You want SCIM, audit-log export and retention on the mid-tier plan rather than only the top edition.
Your regulated team needs an organisation-held copy of messages that the vendor itself cannot read.
You don’t use the rest of the Zoho suite and want a stand-alone app.
When Zoho Cliq may fit better
Your company runs on Zoho One or other Zoho apps and values the built-in integrations.
You need very large meetings or broadcasts that Zoho’s higher editions are sized for.
