AeonX Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("AeonX", "we", "us", or "our") operates the QuiC Chat application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Account Information

When your organization administrator creates your account, we collect your name, email address, and role within the organization. This information is necessary to provide the Service.

Messages and Content

QuiC Chat uses Signal Protocol end-to-end encryption for all messages. This means your message content is encrypted on your device before being transmitted and can only be decrypted by the intended recipients. We cannot read your messages.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data including app performance metrics, crash reports, and general usage patterns to improve the Service. This data is not linked to your identity.

Device Information

We collect device tokens for push notification delivery. These tokens are used solely for delivering notifications and are cleared when no longer valid.

3. End-to-End Encryption

All messages in QuiC Chat are protected with Signal Protocol end-to-end encryption. This means:

• Messages are encrypted on the sender's device
• Only the intended recipients can decrypt and read messages
• AeonX cannot access message content, even if compelled by law
• Encryption keys are stored only on user devices

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

• With your organization's administrator as necessary for account management
• To comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of AeonX, our users, or the public

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, encryption in transit (TLS), and regular security audits.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When an administrator deletes a user account, associated data is permanently removed.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (via your organization administrator)
• Object to processing of your data

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
